If you are using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, you can install this very useful extension or application for free. It's called Transover and allows you to translate any word you don't understand by moving the mouse pointer over the word. It's really useful, fast and can save you a lot of time. I recommend it. If you are using Apple Macintosh you will not be able to use the Google Toolbar but you can use a free application called Universal Translator, which is available on the itunes store
